Band Services Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Let’s make this fun, fair, and fabulous for everyone.

1. Booking Us

Locking in a Date: To officially book us for your wedding, festival, or event, we’ll need a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit (the boring but necessary part). Once that’s done, we’re all yours on the agreed date!
Payment: We’ll let you know the total cost upfront. The balance will be due the day of the event before the first note is played. Late payments? Not a great harmony, so let’s avoid those.
Cancellations: If life throws you a curveball and you need to cancel, let us know ASAP. If cancellation occurs within 10 days of the event date, the client is responsible for payment of the full agreed-upon amount. If we cancel on you, any money received will be refunded.

2. Our Commitment to You

We Show Up: Rain, shine, or sunny downpour, we’ll be there.
The Setlist: Want to dance to your favorite songs? We’ll collaborate with you on the setlist to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
Sound & Equipment: We bring the gear, the know-how, and the good vibes. If your venue requires specific sound setups, you must let us know at least 30 days in advance.
Our Conduct: You can count on us to not abuse alcohol or substances, to arrive extra early and have sound check completed before any guests arrive, to interact with your guests in a fun, professional manner, to be easy to communicate with and contact, and to leave the space better than how we found it. We may be musicians known for wild and carefree spirits, but we are also professionals. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality experience in all areas!

3. Your Responsibilities

The Space: Make sure there’s a performance area that’s safe, covered (if outdoors), and free from hazards (because tripping over wires is not part of the show).
Timing: Let’s stay on schedule so everyone can have a great time. If the event runs longer than planned, let’s chat — additional fees may apply for overtime.
Power Supply: We’re electric! Literally. Please ensure there’s a reliable power source for our equipment.
Notification of Changes: Any major changes must be communicated at least 10 days prior to the event. We pride ourselves in our flexibility, but let’s keep the last minute changes minor please! If on the day of the event, any additional services that were not agreed to prior to the event are requested, they will be billed to you at rates indicated on our service menu.

4. The Fun Legal Stuff

Intellectual Property: Our music and performances are our creative babies. Recording or broadcasting our live sets is totally cool if we give the thumbs up first.
Liability: We’ll do everything to make your event unforgettable, but we can’t be held responsible for things beyond our control (like power outages, venue mishaps, or Uncle Bob’s questionable dance moves).
